Terms and conditions WILGA HOUSE

In order to ensure a peaceful, trouble-free, and safe stay for our guests, we have developed a set of house rules.
We also ask our guests to conclude a Rental Agreement with us each time they stay.
We kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with its terms and the Rental Rules of Wilga House provided below>
Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of the rental rules and conditions for using the House.

Wilga House Reservation, Payment, and Use Regulations

Definitions:

Landlord - Owner of Wilga House, ul. Wilgowa 2B, 64-920 Piła
Tenant - Person renting Wilga House, ul. Wilgowa 2B, 64-920 Piła

§1
Reservation and Payments

  1. These regulations specify the conditions under which Wilga House can be reserved and rented
    Making a reservation implies acceptance of these regulations. .
  2. The rental applies to the entire House for a maximum of 8 persons. Minimum rental period: 1 day.
  3. Preliminary Reservation - A preliminary reservation can be made by phone or email. During this stage, the stay period and the number of guests must be specified. A preliminary reservation is made after confirming the availability of the House and a clear declaration of intent to rent.
    A preliminary reservation is valid for 24 hours.
  4. Guaranteed Reservation - The deposit amounts to 30% of the total stay cost. The reservation is confirmed after the payment/transfer confirmation is sent to the email address: wilgahouse1@gmail.com or the funds are credited to the bank account.
  5. After the deposit is credited or a transfer confirmation is sent, an email confirming the reservation will be sent to the person booking.

    The transfer title should include: the tenant’s name, contact phone number, and the stay period (from... to...)
  8. In the case of the Tenant's complete cancellation for reasons beyond the Landlord's control, the deposit is non-refundable.
  9. The remaining balance for the stay should be paid via bank transfer (in advance) no later than 3 business days before arrival.

§2
Stay and Accommodation

  1. The stay begins at 2:00 PM (check-in), and ends at 11:00 AM (check-out).
  2. Guests are required to use the property solely for residential purposes – organizing parties in the property is prohibited.
  3. Check-in is self-service:
    On the day of arrival, the tenant will receive a door code via the phone number provided during the reservation. The code is valid for the entire stay period.
    The code must be entered into the keypad at the entrance and confirmed with the # key.
  4. Any earlier arrival (before 2:00 PM) must be agreed with the Landlord at least one day in advance.
  5. In the case of a shortened stay by the Tenant, no refund for the unused period will be provided.
  6. If the Tenant fails to arrive on the specified date, the guaranteed reservation secured by the deposit will be automatically canceled at 11:00 AM the next day. The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining paid amount will be returned to the account within 3 business days.
  7. An extension of the stay is possible only if there are no prior reservations for the House by other guests.
  8. The Tenant may not sublet or lend the House to other persons.
  9. If the declared number of occupants exceeds the permitted number (without the consent and knowledge of the Landlord), the Landlord reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately with all consequences and without a refund of the prior payment.
  10. Any remarks regarding damages must be reported to the Landlord immediately. The Landlord allows for the acknowledgment of hidden damages. If no remarks are made by the Tenant within 4 hours after receiving the keys, it will be assumed that the Tenant has no objections to the property, and all equipment and furniture are present in the correct quantity and good condition.
  11. The Tenant bears full material responsibility for any damage or destruction of the furnishings and technical equipment of Wilga House that occurred during the stay, whether intentional or unintentional.
  12. The Tenant assumes sole and full responsibility for any persons staying with them (including children).
  13. Guests are required to observe fire safety rules
  14. Smoking tobacco and electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the House
  15. Due to fire safety requirements, it is forbidden to use any devices or appliances powered by electricity or gas that are not part of the room’s equipment and could create a fire hazard, e.g., electric heaters, stoves, gas burners. It is also forbidden to bring flammable materials, explosives, or items with an unpleasant odor into the House.
  16. The Tenant is not allowed to make any repairs, investments, or changes in the House without the prior consent of the Landlord. The Tenant must inform the Landlord immediately of the necessity of any repairs or investments.
  17. In the event of technical malfunctions, the Tenant is requested to report them as soon as possible to the Landlord to enable appropriate action.
  18. The Landlord is not responsible for temporary inconveniences caused by external suppliers, such as temporary power outages.
  19. The Tenant is required to use the House according to its intended purpose.
  20. Each time the House is left, the Tenant should check that the doors are locked. The Landlord is not responsible for items left in the House.
  21. Car parking is only allowed in the designated area specified by the property administrator. The parking lot is unsupervised. The Landlord is not responsible for the theft or damage to vehicles or other property belonging to the Tenant.
  22. If the Tenant significantly disturbs the peace and/or wellbeing of neighbors and fails to adhere to generally accepted social norms or in the event of a justified police intervention, the Landlord reserves the right to terminate the Tenant’s stay and is not obligated to refund payment for the unused period of the stay.
  23. The Tenant is required to maintain and return the House in the condition it was found.
  24. Unfortunately, pets are not accepted in the House.

§3
Insurance

The price of services provided by the Landlord for Wilga House does not include insurance. Tenants use the services at their own risk. The Landlord is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or property destruction (including harm to the health and property of third parties), nor for the theft of luggage during the entire stay.
